- Height (uprights) or Length (grands)
- Serial (Uprights: open the top. Grands: under the music rack)
- Location (city)
- Location (in home): how many steps
FYI: Hartland Piano does not accept spinet (under 43") or old tall uprights for donation, trade or purchase.
